Mick joined the Dingos in 2007 and has been an integral part of the team, both on and off the field, ever since.
In his first season, Mick won the Stewart Award (Best & Fairest) as well as the Coach's Award. He followed up his 2007 win with two more in 2008 and 2009. Mick coached the Dingos for three seasons (2009, 2010, 2012), and has been vital in the development of many of the Dingos' Canadian players. Mick capped of the 2012 season by winning his first Steinberg award.
Following the departure of longtime President Craig Stewart, Mick stepped up in 2014 to serve as club President, ably leading the club to continued success.
In Round 9 of the 2015 season, Mick hit 100 games played, only the 10th player to ever achieve this distinction for the club. Later in the season, he led the Dingos Division 2 club to their second premiership, capturing BOG in the Grand Final and the AFLO Best & Fairest Division 2 Award as well!
And at the 20th Anniversary celebration for the Dingos held in 2015, Mick was named to the 20-year AllStar team as Ruck Rover, a tribute to his effort, skill, and contributions to the Dingos.
