In Memoriam: Tim Shaw (1971-2018)

Tim Shaw, the Toronto Dingos hard-hitting half back flanker, former president and Life Member, who played in all four of the club’s premierships, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
During his 122 games spanning almost two decades with the Toronto Dingos Football Club, Shawy (as he was affectionately known as), embodied the tradition, loyalty and pride associated with the Dingos.

Looking to bounce back from the previous week, the Dingos brought a strong side into the match, despite having many regulars out due to injures and family commitments. The Dingos headed to London for their fourth annual pre-season camp on April 22nd and 23rd. In what has is now a club staple and a sure sign that the AFL Ontario season is just around the corner.
Over 20 players made the trip this year for an extended training session including fitness work, skills drills, and team building activities capped off by a scrimmage.
