Welcome to the St Francis Falcons Junior Football Club 2023
Our Junior Football Club is based in Strathfieldsaye providing an opportunity for junior footballers to play in the local area.
Whilst we share resources with St Francis of the Fields Primary School, our club membership welcomes anyone to be part of our community.
St Francis Falcons is not just football, it’s a place for encouragement and growth, it’s a place to be part of a team, to belong to something. It’s a place to smile, laugh and make new friends.
In 2022 we had a successful year thanks to our committee, coaches, team managers, all of our volunteers, parents and of course all of our super star players. It has built a solid foundation to continue this through our 2023 season.
Last year we fielded two U12 teams, one team comprising Grade 5 & 6's in the 2nd division who were victorious in the Grand Final plus a Grade 4/5 team in 3rd division and an U12 Girls team. We also had one U10 team and two U9 teams.
Equally as exciting for us in 2022, for the 6th consecutive season the St Francis Falcons has been awarded the most disciplined U12 club from the BJFL. We are extremely proud of this achievement and we believe that our Club's code of behaviour for players, officials and supporters which is to respect umpires, opposition and team mates is a critical element of our club.
This year we are looking forward to welcoming back our current players and families and of course many new players, boys and girls, for all teams, So, as a Club, we encourage you to sign up to the Falcons!
It is a St Francis Falcons club requirement that all players must wear a mouthguard & helmet while playing in games.
