Orphanage Donation - Letter of Thanks
Dear Mr Michael,
On behalf of the children of the Peniel Orphanage in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma) I would like to sincerely thank you and the St Christopher’s Soccer Club for your generous donation of shirts to be sent to the kids. They will be delighted with their arrival and we will endeavour to take some photos of them wearing the shirts and pass them on to you.
We are currently negotiating to send a 20 ft. container over in the next few weeks. The container is already full and the detailed manifest completed. We need to send the completed manifest to the authorities in Yangon do that they can process it and return to us the necessary permission to ship.
Thank you, once again, and all the best in the good work you are doing for the children of South Bankstown. My granddaughter plays for your ladies all age div.4.
