CANTEEN DUTY ROUND #1

Hi all, and welcome to the 2013 season! We are looking forward to running the canteen this year, and of course to everyone's necessary support with providing volunteers for both the canteen and the BBQ when required. We are new to this so please bear with us while we find our feet!

Please find following the roster for ground set up and canteen for this weekend:

Saturday, 6th April 2013

Time -- Team -- Duty

7.00am --   Grade 11 Group A -- Ground Set Up

9.30am to 11.00am -- Grade 17/18 -- Canteen/BBQ

11.00am to 1.00pm -- All Age Mens Div 4 -- Canteen/BBQ

1.00pm to 3.00pm -- All Age Mens Div 9 -- Canteen/BBQ

3.00pm to 5.00pm -- All Age Mens Div 6 -- Canteen/BBQ/Pack Up

Sunday, 7th April 2013

Time -- Team -- Duty

8.45am -- Grade 12 Ladies -- Ground Set Up

9.30am to 11.30am -- Grade 14 Ladies -- Canteen/BBQ

11.30am to 1.30pm -- Grade 16 Ladies -- Canteen/BBQ

1.30pm to 3.00pm -- All Age Ladies Div 3 -- Canteen/BBQ

3.00pm to 5.00pm -- All Age Ladies Div 3/Canteen Manager -- Canteen/BBQ/Pack Up

We require 2 persons in the canteen and at least 1 person on the BBQ.  We will also need at least one Committee Member available during the weekend.

I will be available to help with the canteen from Saturday morning until 9.30am, so I may just need a BBQ volunteer until then from Grade 17/18, and I will return for pack up. I will also open on Sunday morning and help on Sunday afternoon at 3pm. We have limited teams playing at Marco this weekend, so unfortunately the workload seems stretched, but next Saturday we will have more teams available to help.

If you have any problems with providing volunteers, please let us know ASAP ON 0414 523 502. We rely on your support each week to provide this canteen service and appreciate your time.
