Notice is hereby given that the Forty-Third Annual General Meeting of members of the Weston Molonglo Football Club will be held at 7.30pm, Monday 24 March 2014 in the Loft Room, Raiders Weston Club, Liardet St, Weston
A member eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy in accord with Clause 36 of the Club Constitution.
Please send the following in writing to the Secretary:
- nominations for life membership,
- nominations for committee members, or
- any other proposed special resolutions
- notice of appointment of proxy
