Notice is hereby given that the 51st Annual General Meeting of members of the Weston Molonglo Football Club will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 22nd March 2023 at Raiders Weston Club, Liardet St, Weston.

Any club member eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting may appoint a proxy in accord with Clause 36 of the WMFC Constitution. Proxy voting forms can be lodged up to 7:30pm on 21st March. The proxy form is here

Please send the following to the Secretary before 21st March 2023:

- nominations for life membership,
- nominations for committee members of the club.

Nominations for committee members (office bearers) can be made via email including an email confirmation by the proposer, including the nomination being supported by another club member and acknowledgement by the candidate.
