14/15 SUMMER SEASON REGISTRATION
Hi Everyone
It has come to that time of the year, summer registrations for basketball need to be completed. Please pay attention to the following:
Registration Date: Thursday Night the 21st of August 2014.
Time: 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Venue: Oakbank Area School Gym (home of the Piranhas)
Payment and Registration must happen by this date, we cannot guarantee a place in a team if you have not registered or paid. (if we cannot allocate a team subs will be refunded, however if you choose to pull out after you have been allocated to a team refunds will not be given).
For those who cannot attend the attached registration must be completed and returned with payment, if payment is made by eft you must let us know with details.
The following has been attached player registration form, please complete and print off and bring to registration or email to the club. If you cannot attend registration then complete the form email back and make the appropriate payment no later than the 23/8/2014.
If you cannot print the registration form off then there will be forms provided to complete on the night.
