Works are nearing completion on a $1.4 million upgrade of the Gordon Street Reserve facilities. The change rooms were used for the first time last weekend when Heyfield hosted Churchill, with the result a powerful win to the home team. The social rooms are nearing completion however it may still be some weeks before they are handed over. In the interim the club will be using the Netball pavilion for catering on home games. We thank our visitors for their understanding during this temporary inconvenience.
The HFNC has been operation from the Nambrok Recreation Reserve for the first half of the season. The club is grateful for the support of the Nambrok Junior FC. Their hospitality has been first class. The club would also like to thank Sporting Legends in Sale for the use of their electronic scoreboard while at Nambrok.
We are all looking forward to getting into the new facilities and hoping for a successful end to the season.
