NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2016
To All Members,
With the 2016 season almost behind us our final club formality is our AGM , which will be held on Tuesday October 18th at 7pm at Buckleys Entertainment Centre, Breakwater. All items of General Business that any member would like to raise will need to be submitted in writing 14 days prior, to Club Secretary Julie Marsland at juliemarsland80@hotmail.com or 0400037512.
It is critically important for as many members as possible to be in attendance for this years AGM. With the very important role of Club President and many new and existing positions on the club executive and the facility management committee to be filled we would like to see as many of you in attendance as possible.
Please, if you are interested in helping out you don’t necessarily have to be on the club committee. If you believe you have time to assist on one of our sub-committees or just help out in general duties please let us know of your nomination or availability to help . You can nominate for any position with Julie or on the day 30 minutes prior to the opening of the meeting.
Remember it is only us who can make the difference!
