Norwood Woodettes Netball Club (NWNC) was founded in 2014 and is an extension to the Norwood Sporting Club established in 1960. NWNC participate in the EFL Netball League where four teams each week compete on Friday evenings. Last year was a successful year for the club as it expanded from 12 players in 2014 to 36 players and had two finalist teams. 

 

 

This season we are proud to be the largest represented club in the 2016 EFL Netball League with 37 players. Our four teams compete in Division 1 - Norwood Black, Division 2 - Norwood Gold, Division 4 - Norwood Purple and Division 5 - Norwood White. We are pleased to welcome new players from many different competitions across Melbourne, including current VNL players.

Our team captains for the 2016 season are: 

Norwood Black - Molly Stranger and Courtney Keogh

Norwood Gold - Kate Fraser

Norwood Purple - Annie Cummins

Norwood White - Rebecca Bird

We aim to build a club culture of excellent sportsmanship, dedication and friendship.
