Financial and Transfer Clearances are now initiated by CLUBS online via Gameday!

2023 FINANCIAL clearance is required for players who have not played for a State League club in 2022, but have played for a club in previous years.
2023 TRANSFER clearance is required for players who have participated in the 2022 State League season and request to change clubs in 2023.
2023 International Transfer Certificate
For any State League Player that has been previously registered in another country, please fill out the International Transfer Register.
