Working With Children Check

All Coaches, Managers and all persons working with children are required to complete the new Working With Children Check.

There is no cost to apply for the WWCC.

Start applying for the Check here

Once you have finished the application process, print out the application and present your ID at your nearest RMS Office to have your application finalised. Now, you can submit your WWCC Number to HCCF.

Persons required to apply for WWCC

Coaches and Managers of teams with Junior (under 18 yrs) players not including their own children.

Persons exempt from the WWCC

Referees, Club Officials, Competition Administrators, Canteen staff.

Coaches and Managers of teams with Junior players that include their own children.

HCCF verifies the WWCC Number of every applicant and keeps a register for 7 years. We will be notified, should an applicant become a prohibited individual.
