We had fantastic weather this year, YAY   Perfect for bringing the best out of the swimmers & the duck family also put in an appearance.   HUGE thanks to the school-based Sport Coordinators who dedicate a lot of time conducting trials, selecting & training their swim team.  Many thanks to the parents for your positive energy you bring to our carnivals. Congrautations & well to all the swimmers.  It was great to see the improvement in stroke technique, fitness & gutsy-determination.

Despite a terrible weather forcast, including rain & strong winds, our athletes were very determined throughout all the track & field events.  As illustrated with 5 new records set during the day.  HUGE thanks to everyone for your positive support & 'sticking with us' throughout the day.  Many thanks to the school-based PE-Sport teachers who conducted trials & prepared their teams in the weeks / months prior to the BDS Athletics
