Under 16 Girls Competition Update

With a number of girls competing next week in the ‘School Sport Australia 16 & Under Girls National Championships’, the League has decided to move all Round 4 games to Friday 22 August. These games will take the place of the previously scheduled Elimination Final. Please note that Rounds 5 to 7 will still go ahead as planned.

The pupose of the Under 16 Girls Competition this year is to provide girls with the opportunity to experience as much football as possible, and keeping in mind the results of the competition so far, the League has also decided to replace the Grand Final with a Knockout Competition on Friday 29 August. This competition will involve all teams currently entered into the Under 16 Girls competition.

Clubs and players should ensure they are familiar with the updated version of the Fixture.
