MATCH: Melbourne Victory vs Wellington Pheonix
WHERE: AAMI Park. Melbourne. This is the rectangular stadium opposite the tennis precinct.
WHEN: Sunday 2 April - 5:00pm kickoff. Children and parent supervisors involved need to meet outside AAMI Park at 4pm sharp.
HOW: We're hiring a Bus to take us there. We'll be leaving at 1:30pm SHARP from QEO Carpark and the Bus will return to Bendigo at around 10:00pm. If you wish to get your own transport to Melbourne, that's fine but the ticket cost is the same.
WHO: Players aged U8 to U12 years old. We will not allow unaccompanied children. Space is also available on the Bus for other parents who want to attend or for siblings who are not participating.
WHAT: We need 20 kids who will play "Miniroos" 5-a-side soccer at half time. We will split the 20 kids based on age/size so each game is competitive.
WEAR: All players are required to have purchased and to wear Epsom FC shorts, socks, runners/boots, we will provide a playing top for all our kids to wear. If you don't have the official Epsom FC shorts & socks, please wear close to Navy shorts and socks.
COST: (We need to recover our costs in hiring a Bus)Each ticket costs $45.00 - this covers Bus transportation and match entry for one adult and one child (as we are not accepting unaccompanied children).Parents/siblings on the bus: $15.00 each for bus transport, but does not include match entry. If you purchase this, we'll see if we've got any spare tickets for you but if we don't then you will need to you'll need your own entry ticket from Ticketek but cannot guarantee to sit with the rest of our group.No refunds are available - we need to pay the bus company no matter what.If you need (for example) two miniroos tickets and one adult, you will still need to purchase two tickets below. If you need three miniroos tickets and just the one adult, you will still need to purchase three tickets below. To purchase one ticket (for one adult and one child),To purchase two tickets (for two adults and two children), To purchase three tickets (for three adults and three children), To purchase an additional Bus seat for adult or child (excludes match entry and miniroos)To purchase an additional two Bus seats , (excludes match entry and miniroos)To purchase an additional three Bus seats, (excludes match entry and miniroos)
DINNER: Is not provided although you could purchase from the stadium at regular stadium prices.
