As a feature of our Club Victory partnership, Epsom FC has been invited to participate in the match day experience of an upcoming Melbourne Victory home match. We need 45 kids to represent us on the big stage at a packed AAMI Park for a blockbuster Good Friday football match.

MATCH: Melbourne Victory vs Western Sydney Wanderers

WHERE: AAMI Park. Melbourne. This is the rectangular stadium opposite the tennis precinct.

WHEN: Friday 25 March - Good Friday - 7:30pm kickoff. Children and parent supervisors involved need to meet outside AAMI Park at 6pm sharp.

HOW: We're hiring a bus to take us there. We'll be leaving at 3:30pm SHARP from 90 Wood St Cal Gully and the bus will return to Bendigo at around midnight.

WHO: Players aged 8 to 15 years old. Twelve club officials and parent supervisors will supervise participants on the bus and on the ground. Space is also available on the bus to other parents who want to attend or for siblings who are not participating.

WHAT: We need 45 kids (boys or girls) to be matchday mascots for Melbourne Victory
- 20 kids will play "Miniroos" 5-a-side soccer at half time
- 25 kids will walk onto the ground at half time carrying the sponsor's flag (Hyundai) and waving it in the centre circle
- Once we have the full list of kids, we will allocate the younger 20 kids to play miniroos and the older 25 kids to wave the sponsor's flag.
- 12 club officials and parent volunteers will supervise/referee the kids on the ground and supervise the kids on the bus. 

- All 45 kids will receive free entry tickets to the AAMI Park blockbuster match.

WEAR: All players are required to have purchased and to wear Epsom FC shorts, socks, runners/boots, we will provide a playing top for all our kids to wear. If you don't have the official Epsom FC shorts & socks, please wear close to Navy shorts and socks.

COST: (We need to recover our costs in hiring a bus)

Participating players: $15 each (free bus transportation optional)

Parents/siblings on the bus: $15 each for bus transport, but you'll need your own entery ticket from Ticketek

Additional tickets sitting with the group: $37 (adults) or $12 (kids) can be purchased from Ticketek using a special code that we will provide after you've purchased the "Matchday experience" for a player. Note that transport and parking is your own responsibility to arrange if you're not on the bus.

No refunds are available - we need to pay the bus company no matter what.

DINNER: Is not provided. Parents are advised to either provide a "lunchbox" style dinner for eating at the ground or (for the older kids) providing cash for them to purchase at the stadium at regular stadium prices.

THIS WILL BE A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME EXPERIENCE FOR OUR KIDS. Epsom FC encourages parents to do what they can to take up this unique opportunity.
