2020 REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN!
Dear Stingers Players and Families,
Wow, what an amazing season we have had for 2019. We are so proud of each of our Stinger Players, from our Auskickers to our Year 10 Teams. We hope you've had an amazing season this year at the Stingers Football Club.
We would like to thank all our Coaches, Team Managers and Volunteers that have helped us through the 2019 Season we wouldn't be the club we were if it wasn't for our Volunteers, so Thank you. Also, a big shout out to our amazing committee who are still in footy mode now preparing for the upcoming 2020 Season.
So now, We are writing to inform you that REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2020 SEASON ARE NOW OPEN!
The best way to keep up to date with the 2020 Season is to Register. You will be kept up to date with the latest information e.g. Pre-Season Training (you must be registered to participate in pre-season training), Training information and times, Club information, Upcoming events etc.
Please Note: Game times and venues for next season are to be released by the Peel District closer to the start of next season. We don't know a date of when these will be released, but all registered players will be informed as soon as they are available.
**Important information regarding 2020 Season - (only applicable to Junior and Youth Teams)
Player Capping - Safety Bay Stingers Football Club will only be accepting Safety Bay Stingers players registrations until the 1st of November 2019. After this date transfers will be open, and we will be accepting players from other clubs. We at the Safety Bay Stingers Football Club will be undertaking from the 2020 football season a player capping registration process to align ourselves with other football teams in the peel and surrounding football zones and they will be running their registration process.
What this means for you, it is in your best interest if you are wanting to play football next year at the Stingers to register as soon as possible to secure a spot in a team. We will be filling teams as registrations come through and with the WAFC reducing team numbers in the 2020 season this may have an impact on your registration if you register late. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY UNTIL THE START OF THE 2020 SEASON, YOU JUST NEED TO REGISTER). If you are unaware of what these changes mean for you please contact our Junior VP or a Committee Member.
AUSKICK MEMBERS - If you will be in either Pre-Primary, Year 1 or Year 2 in 2020 you can register through the Auskick portal, you will need your Email and Password that you registered with this year to register. To register please click the link - http://play.afl/auskick and follow the prompts.
JUNIOR MEMBERS - If you will be in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 or Year 6 in 2020 you will need to register through the Junior & Youth portal, you will need your Email and Password that you registered with this year to register. To register please go to our website http://www.safetybayfc.com and under the 'Rego 2020' tab you will see our Junior and Youth Fees and also our new sibling discount plan and the link to register.
****Please note: If you are in Year 3 in 2020 you will need to register through the Junior and Youth portal, found under the 'Rego 2020' tab on our website http://www.safetybayfc.com and sign up as a 'New Member' and follow the prompts.
YOUTH MEMBERS - If you will be in Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, Year 10, Year 11 or Year 12 in 2020 you will need to register through the Junior & Youth portal, you will need your Email and Password that you registered with this year to register. KIDSPORT VOUCHERS - (If applicable) All Western Australian children ages 5 - 18 with a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for Kidsport. Kidsport applications are assessed by the local government in which the child resides or by the Kidsport team department, If an application is approved, the Kidsport team will email you a voucher code (unique to the child). The code needs to be provided to the club when registering so that the approved amount can be deducted from the registration or membership fees.
*Once you have received your Voucher Code can you please email our Treasurer Chriss via firstname.lastname@example.org with your Childs Name, Date of Birth, Year Playing and Code.

FEES - No fees need to be paid until 2020.
Your fees cover a range of items being - Umpire fees for Junior and Youth Members, Game Day & Training Equipment, Accredited Coaching, Professional Line Marking, Participation Medallion/Trophy for Auskick; Junior and Youth, Vote Count Youth Dinner - Trophy and Medals, Insurances - Gold Membership; Personal Injury etc., Clubrooms & Equipment Insurance, Team Affiliation Fees to Peel District Competition, Clubroom Amenities, Ground Maintenance Fees and more.
TRANSFERS - We will not be accepting any transfers from other clubs until the 1st of November 2019.
