Coaching Course
Skill Training Certificate
for Coaches of 9-13 year old players
This course focuses on the "Skills Acquisition Phase". This is the Phase where coaches focus on building a solid foundation of technical skill. The course is conducted over 14 hours, is fully practical and deals with the 4 Functional Game Skills:
- First Touch
- Striking the Ball
- Running with the Ball
- 1 v 1
Course Dates: Sunday 4 November and Sunday 11 November
Course Times: 9am - 4:30pm both days
Venue: MA Olympic FC, Burt Street, Mundingburra
Cost: $80 (Register as an SESFC Coach for 2019 and your course fee will be reimbursed).

Saints is committed to appointing a Coaching Coordinator for 2019. This person will liaise with the NQ Zone Coaching Coordinator, assist SESFC coaches with training guidance and drills and stand in as coach on game days if required; with the main focus being to encourage all coaches to upskill for 2019.
If you're currently coaching but haven't done a coaching course or you've been thinking of getting involved, this course may be a great place to start.
