Irrigation Project Grant received from BCC
The club received some excellent news recently, with the approval of a grant for an irrigation system. The project, costing around $82000, is proudly funded by a Community Sports Club Program grant from the Brisbane City Council.
The project involves the installation of a massive water tank and an automatic pop up sprinkler system spread over the playing surface. This will significantly enhance the club's pitch management program and is a first step towards establishing a quality playing surface at Prentice Park.
Work on the project is expected to start shortly
