This year, we're delighted to have a record junior membership. This means we have a record requirement for junior coaches too. So Epsom FC is on the lookout for anyone who may be interested in coaching a junior team, whether you're a:

-Parent

-Senior player

-Older junior

Many parents who coach say it is a fun activity and a great way to spend quality time with their children as they watch them learn and develop over many years. At the younger age groups, parents are always at training and matchday anyway, so extra commitment is minimal. Plus, the smaller group size of the younger age groups allows for easier and more meaningful interaction with the children.

We have a number of senior players or older juniors who also assist the club by coaching a team. Coaching is a great way to give back to the game, learn more about implementing different playing strategies, and support the club in its aim to provide a fun, safe and educational atmosphere for players of all ages and genders.

While we don't expect you to become the next Ange Postecoglou, we're always interested in hearing from enthusiastic and reliable people who can have fun with the kids and teach them about the world game. Full support will be provided from the club to assist you with this important activity.
