Coach & Team Manager Reference Material - Registrations
Registration Details
All coaches and team managers are required to register to Strathdale on the PlayFootball registration system. You will register as a Volunteer and then select either Coach or Team Manager as the role.
The registration will also ask you which team you are Coach or Team Manager for, Your email address for Sports TG and your Working With Children registration numbers.

Working with Children Check
All coaches and team managers are required by law to have a Working with Children Check. This is free for volunteers.

SportsTG - Results Website
If you are coaching an U12 to U16 team, then you will need to register on SportsTG. When you have done this, please email david.ashman27@gmail.com the email address you have registered with SportsTG so you can be set up to enter scores for your team.

Canteen Duty
It is likely that each team will be allocated 1-3 days where they are responsible for Canteen duty at their home ground location.
U6-U7
When we are allocated dates for Epsom this season detailed information will be sent via email when it is your teams turn to complete canteen duties.
Ground Marshall Duty
U6-U7
- When/If we are allocated dates for Epsom this season detailed information will be sent via email when it is your teams turn to complete Ground Marshall Duty.
U8-U10
- The U8-U10 teams will be contacted for Ground Marshall duty at Strathdale Park. Each team will receive Ground Duty for the time that games are on Bell 1, 2, or 3.
- Information on Specific Duties will be added to this site.
U12-U16
- Each week a person must be nominated to be Ground Marshall. this person will only be Ground Marshall for their game, and must wear the Hi-Vis jacket in the Ground Marshall Bag. (The bad is to be collected from the ClubRooms before the game starts and returned after the game finishes).
