Round 10 had the tigers travel out to the wide open spaces of Kings Park to take on Upper Gully. Our net ball girls got the ball rolling again with another solid win over Ringwood Friday night. Under 19s consolidated their position in the top four with a great win over gully who had defeated them in the opening round. Guy Laughlin with 4 majors was again the leading goal scorer as Horsey, Hammond, Antoniou, Hallo, Ross and Tommy Stingell were all named in the best
Reserves battled hard but were NO match for upper gully this week, Ben Joseph stepped off the plane and straight in Reserves action with a best field 5 goal performance with Elms, Howell, Blanche, Guerin and Pavey also named in the best
Senior boys had every chance trailing by only a goal at half time, but our treaded 3rd quarter blues returned as Upper skipped away with a 5 goal to 1 quarter. Boys battled it out with McCubbin 3 goals along with Marro 2 our leading goal kickers. Lucas, Will Gordon, Rudd, Winterton, Uren, and McCubbin were all named in the best.
