ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER PROGRAM

Saints FC is a registered Active Kids Provider.

You can redeem your Active Kids voucher during the online registration process.

 

INFORMATION DAY

Every year, Saints FC holds an information day should you have any questions or require assistance with registering for the upcoming season.

The Saints FC Committee will be hosting our annual information day for the 2024 season on Saturday 10th February, 2024 at our NEW Clubhouse at Marco Reserve, between 10am - 12pm.

Saints FC Committee members will be on hand to help you.

 

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

New & returning players can register via the on-line registration process as soon as registration is open.

Priority will be given to returning Saints FC players who register before the information day.

If there is a genuine reason for not being able to register before the information day, please email the President, Steve Michael before 10th February, 2023.

After the information day, all players (new & returning) will be accepted in order of registration being completed, including payment. Once there is enough for one team, players will be placed on a waiting list for the next team. In age groups where there is more than one team, the make-up of individual teams will be decided by the registration committee when registrations close. 

For SSG teams, minimum and maximum numbers are set by BDAFA and FNSW.  For junior competition teams, a maximum of 16 players will be registered in a team.

Any player who registers after maximum numbers have been reached will be advised that they have been placed on a waiting list and will be advised if a position becomes available.  If places are available in the age group above, these may be offered to players. In the event of more than one team in competition age groups, a grading session will be held.  The decision of the registration committee will be final.

Payment must be made and all required documentation provided for registration to be accepted. Players cannot be placed into teams until registration has been finalised, including payment and photo.

All new players are required to provide a photocopy of proof of age – birth certificate, drivers licence or passport. This should be brought to the registration information day, posted to the club (marked attention of the Registrar) or emailed to the Registrar.

There is ONE fee for the whole season which includes:

  • Registration, insurance, match fees and referee fees + inclusions listed in table above.

You will not be asked to pay any money on a weekly basis.
