Uniform

All players must purchase a uniform made up of shorts and singlet. Other items of Club apparel (e.g. a hoodie) are also available but not compulsory.

Coaches will be supplied with Wembley Junior Basketball Club polo shirt to be worn at matches.

Can you find the hidden refernce on the singlet to our famous Olympian Rachel Jarry?

Overview

The colours of the Wembley Junior Basketball Club are navy and white. The current uniform is reversable with a predominantly white singlet on one side and navy on the other. At Altona, white is designated as the Wembley colour. Other teams should not have a predominantly white singlet to avoid clashes. The white singlet should be worn by the home team in Wembley versus Wembley games.

Home Singlet: White with navy and orange trim

Away Singlet: Navy with white and orange trim

Shorts: Navy with Wembley logo and name

The Club tries to accommodate number requests but this is not always possible. Basketball numbers are restrictured to 4-15, 20-25, 30-35, 40-45, 50-55. This is different to leagues like the NBA.
