Round 8
Coleraine Vs Sandford
Not what you would call a particularly warm, sunny day at Sandford where it belted down with rain nearly all day.
Congratulations to Brodie Kaine for playing his 1st Senior game.
Seniors
Coleraine unleashed in the rain during the 1st quarter and never looked liked getting chased down against Sandford.
The boys played smart footy all afternoon to run away with a 123 point win to keep the 'Raine Train rolling along.
Reserves
The Ressies showed that they are a genuine finals threat with a 99 point victory.
They are playing some good footy at the moment and hopefully this can keep up for the rest of the year.
A-Grade
Pretty good performance by the A-Grade girls to win by 29 in absolutely terrible conditions.
In near total darkness, rain and a rapidly dropping temperature, the girls thoroughly deserved to win this one !
B-Grade
Coleraine won a terrific game by just the single goal to keep their finals chance alive against a solid Sandford team.
Tough game next week, but hopefully the girls will keep the roll going !!
C-Grade
Sandford always seem strong in C-Grade and they were a bit too good on the day for Coleraine.
Keep battling girls !
Under 17's
Just one of those days for the U/17's with nothing seeming to go right.......they happen.
Sandford kicked away for a very strong win, but hopefully the girls can turn things around soon.
Under 15's
Sandford have a very, very strong team in the U/15's and our girls battled it out hard with them all the way, but were a little outgunned.
No one can question the effort girls, keep sticking together.
Under 13's
A nice little win for the U/13's by 5 to keep their very good season going.
Massive game coming up against Heathmere, but you can do it girls !!
