Round 2
Carrum Patterson Lakes vs Under11yellows Final score: d 5.1 (31) v 6.11 (47)
------- Game Summary ------
We travelled over to Carrum today to play a team we hadn't played for a couple of years so we didn't know what we were up against and with over half the side coming off school camp we didn't know how we would go
We kicked our first goal in 30 seconds but then promptly went to sleep and let them play all over us to go in down at quarter time. A lift from all our players was needed and they all responded but still campitis was causing some problems for us so we lost the quarter but only just.
We asked all of the team to lift in all the areas we spoke about before the game in the third quarter and thats what happened and they dominated the quarter to lead by 11 points at three quarter time Again we asked the kids to keep running talking tackling and shepherding and they again responded, Carrum came back and got within a goal and the boys lifted again and we controlled the rest of the game but kicked one goal five, to come away with a 16 point win A great effort from every player a true team effort well done guys lets get to training and keep working to improve Go Tigers

Round 1
Well welcome one and all to another season of footy, we had two new players join our team for this season Charlie Maxwell & Lachy Pentreath and the boys have fitted in perfectly and we also welcome the families into our team
The boys have been training for about five weeks and with school holidays and with tackling for the first time, I was unsure how things would go.
With a shaky start due to a technology breakdown, we sorted out our rotations with magnet board ( thanks Beverly) and away we went.
I am sure that everyone that watched our team today will agree that the group took to the game with gusto our tackling teamwork and shepherding was fantastic and was very pleasing coupled with unselfish play was a great way to start our season
The team came away with a good win and every player made a contribution which is just what we want going forward into our next game another great outcome was the massive improvement shown by so many of the team.
Congratulations must also go to our team leaders Co-Captains Wilko & Dill and Co Vice captains Huddo, Kranzy & Tissa and our interleague representative will be Philpy well deserved by all .
We will get back on the track and keep working to improve aspects of our game and get prepared for our next challenge.
Thanks to all the parents that helped out with match day jobs our crew from last season Kenny Clint Matt Glen and welcome to Julianne Joyce our social rep, Stu Kranzbuhler trainer, Shane Maxwell water carrier and Paul Wilkinson Boundary without the kids can’t play.
