Administration & Responsibilites

The Victorian Child Safety Standards (Victorian Government legislation as of January 1, 2017) applies to sporting organisations that operate and provide sporting services to children within Victoria (including National Sporting Organisations). There are different requirements which make up the standards, and which Sporting Organisations must comply with.

The standards relate to ‘Child Protection’ within the Club which require having practices, procedures and policies in place. SBOCBC is always reviewing the compliance standards and as such request ALL Committee Members, Coaches and Team Managers please sign and submit the forms below to the designated Committee Member (Secretary) to ensure that SBOCBC standards remain compliant.
