Best players named were Robbie McComb (pic right) , Adam Parker, Steven Tahana, Daniel Reid, Jake Best and Rory Lehmann. But six more could easily be added. The Reserves had a very one sided game against an undermanned but persistent Balwyn. We had no less than 14 players new to the senior ranks this season. The Better players were Luke McComb, Matt McKenzie, Max Healey, Joel Cendamo, Rory-Sheridan-Ferrie & Brandon Droessler. The Under 19 boys also had a big win, again a team with many new faces. Best Players were Fergus Ward, Pat Wallis, Jack O’Keefe, Damian Vassilou, Matt Brown & Matt O’Dwyer The Glen Waverley Eagles had their first game at Central Oval and had a terrific win, although kicking for goal could be improved. The best players were Ryan Fitzpatrick, Josh Keyte, Zac Trotter, Jack Whitbourn, Nick Pearson & James White.
