NEWS: Leisure Networks unveils newly revamped Club Help website

LEISURE Networks is pleased to announce that its CLUB HELP website, which is designed to provide club administrators with the resources they need to efficiently run their clubs, has been upgraded and was officially launched at the end of April.

Many Geelong Region Football Committee (GRFC) clubs already use the site and they will find the new site easier to navigate with updated content. To find out more, check out the new site at http://www.clubhelp.org.au/

Leisure Networks also offers a range of club development packages and workshops to assist your club committees and volunteers to understand their responsibilities, enjoy their role and create the best club they can.

They can even assist you with all you need to set up a new sporting club. https://www.leisurenetworks.org/better-clubs/club-training. Stay tuned as they are also developing a workshop on Child Safe Standards that clubs may wish to offer to their members.

Leisure Networks is working with several sporting clubs in the Barwon region to develop their Strategic Plans and assisting them set their priorities into the future. Please contact Michael King for further details on this work (ph: 5224 9140 michael@leisurenetworks.org)

Leisure Networks, which recently moved into its new premises at 4 Verner Street in South Geelong (opposite Sports House at Simonds Stadium), is a locally based not-for-profit community organisation that partners with local governments, community health providers and sport and recreation clubs to promote community connections and provide opportunities for people to be more active.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
