A second half goal from Indiah Van Galen, her second in two games this season gave ‘the Waves’ some late hope, but it was to be Barwon’s day away from home. The goalscorers for the Blue and Whites included Michaela Buchanan and Alyse Lyndal Cook.

With two wins from their opening three fixtures, the women from Barwon sit second on the Division 1 ladder and they will be looking to continue their strong run of form against Kardinia International College this Saturday.
