NEWS: Details regarding Change of Venue for Female's Grand Finals on Saturday
FOOTBALL FEDERATION VICTORIA'S Competitions Department wishes to advise there has been a change in venue for fixtures on Saturday 10 September in Week 2 (Grand Final Week) of the 2016 Geelong Region Finals Series.
Due to pitch concerns at Barwon Heads Village Park that have arisen in the past 24 hours, the Girls' Under 14, Women's Division 1 and Women's Division 2 Grand Finals for this Saturday will now be played at Banyul Warri Reserve (Synthetic), home of Surf Coast FC. Please note that there are no changes in any kickoff times for these fixtures.
This decision has not been made lightly and we apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause.
Fixtures to be hosted by Surfside Waves SC at Shell Road Reserve on Friday 9 September and Sunday 11 September this weekend remain unaffected.
