2018 Player Registration Form
Hi All,
Please see below the registration link for the 2018 BVBA Season Fees.
This registration form is different to your BNSW Player Rego, there is a link on our Facebook page and website if you are due to renew please do so online.
Please make sure you have all read through the Player Booklets before completing the registration process as you will need to agree with our policies. The policies are also available on our website, please see link: http://websites.sportstg.com/assoc_page.cgi?c=1-7912-0-0-0&sID=403232
Within the registration process there we be a compulsory $20 deposit, this MUST be paid to complete your registration and you will receive a confirmation email once payment has been completed.
You may choose to use your Active Kids Rebate within this registration form, if you have not yet applied for this please follow this link: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
You are able to pay the remainder of your fees online at the time of registration (1st Instalment $290 & 2nd Instalment $290) However please read the payment options carefully as if you are choosing to use your active kids rebate and also wishing to pay your first instalment please select the reduced fee ($190).
You will also be asked a T-shirt size, this is for the new grey shirts that all players will receive, this is included in their players fees so please do not add this your uniform order form unless the order is not for the player.
Also please make sure you have your medicare details available when registering.
