Online Registrations and Payments are now open for the 2019 Winter Season

Online Registration and Online Payment have commenced for the Ararat Basketball Association upcoming season.

In line with Basketball Victoria Country policy, all Associations are now required to use Online Registrations.  In addition to this, the Ararat Basketball Association will also be utilizing Online Payments of the Basketball Victoria Country Affilliation (BVCA) fee (if not already paid) and the Association Fee.

Who needs to register?:  All players, Senior and Junior are required to self-register online with the Association they wish to play in before they take the Court.  It is easy and quick to do, just click on the Online Registration icon and follow the prompts.

What are the costs?:  The fees for the current season have been set as follows:

ALL PLAYERS

• BVCA fee - $40.58 (if not already paid)
• Junior Association Fee - $150.00

**Please note that all transactions include an Administration Fee to Sports TG.

Please have your Credit / Debit Card ready when commencing the registration and payment process.

Online Payments?:  The Online Registration and Payment process will be collecting the following Fees.

• All players are required to pay the BVCA Fee, which is sent straight through to Basketball Victoria Country (if not already paid)
• The Junior Association Fee is paid by all juniors of the Association (please remember to check the payment box when registering)

When does my registration expire?:  All players in the Ararat Basketball Association are registered until the 31st of December 2019, regardless of the date they register.  However, if this is your Secondary Registration, this may expire at a different time.

Important note - What if I am registered at another Association?:  If you have already registered and paid your Basketball Victoria Country Affiliation fee (BVCA) at another Association, you are still required to register at every Association at which you compete in.

Whilst you will not be required to pay another BVCA fee, you will be required to pay any Association fee that is set by the Ararat Basketball Association.

A Secondary Registration form will be sent to you via email to complete.  Please note that proof of registration at another Association will be required by this Association.

It also needs to be noted that your Secondary Registration expires at the same time that the Primary Registration does (this may be a different date to this Association's expiry date).
