Matt Sutton leaving BMG
It is with regret that we announce our Basketball Development Manager Matt Sutton has decided not to renew his contract with Basketball Mount Gambier (BMG). Matt’s last day with BMG will be Wednesday 11th August. We extend our utmost appreciation for his service over the last six years.
During Matt’s time at BMG he has led several significant improvements at the stadium and BMG has benefited by the significant increase in junior player numbers.
It has been a privilege to have Matt lead our Association and the knowledge he has passed onto our coaching group will continue to develop our players for years to come. Matt has made a big impact on our junior players and like us they will all be saddened to no longer have his infectious energy and calm natured personality on the court.
All basketball members have benefited from his contribution and the many hours of giving up his own time developing our association and players, especially weekends. Thank you Matt and we wish you all the best for the future.
