VCFL District State Training Squad – Well Done James Templeton !
Congratulations to Carngham Linton’s James Templeton who has been selected in the initial training squad for the Barooga Sports Club VCFL District State Team that will compete at the Landmark Australian Country Carnival. James’s strong performance for the Lexton Plains FL in the Lexton Plains FL v Maryborough Castlemaine District FL game, along with his good form for Carngham Linton this season, has earned him a deserved spot in the squad.

The Landmark ACFC draws the best country footballers from around the nation in teams from South Australia, Western Australia, New South Wales, ACT, Queensland & Victoria (Major Leagues & District Leagues) to compete for the title of national country champion.
The District State Team squad will be Coached by Ron Thomas.
