Notice for AGM 2019
Maroochydore Eagles Basketball Association Inc. (MEBAI) will be holding their Annual General Meeting to elect new positions for the 2019-2020 year. All Financial Members, Ordinary Members, Life Members & Honorary Members are welcome to attend.
Date: Wednesday, 11th December 2019
Time: 6.30pm
Venue: Suncoast Clippers Basketball Stadium – Clippers Club Room
Nominations are called for all vacating positions on the Board as follows;
- Vice President – 2 years
- Secretary – 2 year
- Board Positions x 1 – 2 year
- Board Position x 1 – 1 year
Nominations for vacated positions should be made in writing and in the hands of the General Manager at least 14 days prior to the AGM. As such nominations will close on Wednesday, 27th November 2019 at 6:30pm. Please forward your nominations in a sealed envelope marked ‘confidential’ and addressed to;

All nominations will be displayed in a conspicuous position at the Stadium from Wednesday, 4th December 2019, seven days prior to the AGM. All candidates and their nominees must be a financial member of Maroochydore Eagles Basketball Association Inc. Where there are no nominations for a position prior to the closing date, nominations will be taken from the floor on the night of the AGM.
We would also like to welcome other Members who are interested in being involved in positions, other than the Board and to submit their interest in volunteering on Sub Committees.
