Vale Joan Bogle
We were saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of Joan Bogle.
Joan has been the husband of David who is a Life Member of Eltham Wildcats after serving the Club as Vice President, Coach & tireless organiser of the Club in the later decades of the 20th Century. Joan has been the loving and inspiring mother of Justine, Alison & Jill and in turn their families have provided a third generation of involvement in the Club-the Bradford & Bassetts.
Apart from her support for the family in their basketball involvement, Joan for many years hosted Friday evening supper for numerous coaches, parents and players for an enjoyable period of relaxing and reflecting on the games of the night.
