INTRODUCING ADAM TODD
Most of you would know Adam given his history at the Rockets, but he has asked that we post this for him which we are happy to do. Adam's record with the Under 16 Boys is second to none, so a great opportunity for anyone to improve their fitness levels.

Good luck Adam.

"Hello, my name is Adam Todd. I am the Under 16 boys Division 1 coach here at North Adelaide. My teams are known for the tough fitness sessions I put them through. Being a personal trainer for the last 13 years enables me to do that safely. I have been working at Fitness First and then Goodlife health clubs at Holden Hill for the last 13 years. Recently Goodlife announced it was closing that gym leaving me looking for new opportunities. Rather than work at a different gym, I am offering my services to our basketball club, our junior and senior players as well as the families.

Being a Personal fitness trainer, former premier league player and now junior coach, I know athletes of all ages benefit from increased strength, power, quickness, balance, aerobic capacity, core conditioning and flexibility. Not only for performance on the court but also for coming back from injury or preventing injuries. The sessions can also be basketball skill based.

For the parents and family members, a simple consistent exercise routine, involving flexibility, strength, balance, back and abdominal strengthening, can improve how your body feels, looks, moves, sleeps and how energetic you feel during the day. I have trained people of all ages and fitness levels during my time at Goodlife and Fitness First.

I can run the sessions from my home gym in Salisbury East or at a local park or hopefully Lightsview too.

Contact me on 0402 569 098 to find out how I can help you."

That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
