BASKETBALL SA PLAYER REGISTRATION FOR 2020

Basketball Australia (BA) have introduced a new procedure for the registration of players commencing Summer 2019/20.

In past seasons, NABC have registered players as part a bulk process on behalf of parents and players, however BA now want this process to become the responsibility of individual players or in the case of junior players, the parents.

To assist you with the registration process, BA have prepared the attached guide.

Please read through carefully and click the following link to register a player.

https://membership.sportstg.com/regoform.cgi?aID=4750&pKey=289c98beacfdab9508ce4747f267061f&cID=7101&formID=54301

The email address currently used for fee invoices has been linked to each player’s 2019 BSA record.

If the email address is recognized then you need to reset your password to continue with registration.  If your email address is not recognized or has changed, then create a new account then proceed with the registration.

At the end of the registration process, you will be required to pay directly to BA the small registration fee which includes insurance cover for the player.

IMPORTANT - please note the following:

  1. Duplicate player records created will be merged by Basketball SA into the existing player record from past seasons, so the BSA Member ID displayed on fee invoices will remain unchanged.
  2. NABC Admin does not have the relevant permission to check or change the linked email address for player records.
  3. Unregistered players cannot be allocated to a team and therefore cannot play in district games.  This does not apply to training squads.
