MEN'S PREMIER LEAGUE TEAM ANNOUNCE 2ND IMPORT SPOT
The Men's Premier League team are very pleased to announce the signing of import C J Reed for the 2018 PL season.
CJ is well known to us, having played in the local league (he took Sturt to the Grand Final in 2015, averaging 21 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists), and promises to be a great addition to our back court, more than capable of scoring or when required, getting the ball into the right player's hands. We are also looking forward to our young guards having the opportunity to learn from CJ's considerable experience on the basketball court, which will be of great benefit to them in their basketball journey.
It is also a chance for CJ to reunite with Superstar Alex Starling, given they played together at Bethune Cookman University in Florida, where CJ earned several individual awards and appeared on statistical leaderboards regularly.
Of course this means that fan favourite Aric Miller won't be back in 2018, but unfortunately injury has prevented Aric from being available and we wish him all the very best in his recovery. He will always be part of the Rockets family.
On behalf of the entire Club, we welcome CJ to Hillcrest and look forward to seeing him perform on court starting the 17th of March with the home opener against South.
