Travelling Interstate the June Long Weekend??

A reminder. You should have received an email recently requesting information IF your team is travelling to any interstate tournament over the June long weekend, as below.
"If your team will be competing in any tournament outside the Adelaide area on the Queen's birthday long weekend (9-12 June 2017), then we need the following information from you by email. This is a requirement of BSA's insurance policy on players representing their club when travelling outside the district competition area.
1) Competition name
2) Name of team
3) First name and surname of all players
It is important this email is received by us prior to the team competing in the tournament, otherwise there is no guarantee of insurance coverage should an unfortunate accident occur on the court.
