Harbour Basketball Supports Super Saturday 14th October
Roll your sleeves up and let's get back to doing the things we love (especially shooting hoops!)
The more of us that are fully vaccinated, the more protection we will have (both individually and as a community) against COVID-19, and the more freedom this will give us (including to get back to playing the game we love - basketball).
That is why Harbour Basketball is asking you to support New Zealand’s national day of action on Saturday 16 October — Super Saturday.
If you have not been vaccinated yet, vaccine clinics will be open all over the country, all day and into the evening. There will be a vaccination clinic open that day outside the home of Harbour Basketball in the Eventfinda Stadium carpark from 12:45pm to 3:30pm.
New Zealand’s first ever Vaxathon will also take place on Saturday, encouraging New Zealanders to get vaccinated. It will be streamed live on Three, Māori Television, and Hahana (external link), 12 to 8pm. Well-known celebrities, influencers and health professionals will be live, crossing to COVID-19 vaccination sites to capture the atmosphere and experiences of those receiving their first or second vaccine.
Be one of the thousands of New Zealanders getting their vaccination this week. Or if you’ve already been vaccinated, support your friends and whanau to get jabbed.
