The youth national teams for men and women experienced a high level basketball competition with the best in the oceania region. Despite not winning any games, they were still satisfied with the trainings, 3 on 3 competitions, cultural performances and game competitions they gained from the program. The players had the opprotunity to play with some of the best players in oceania and the coaches and managers had the opportunity to learn and work with high level coaches from Australia like Patrick Hunt and the coaches of the other teams. Trainings in players, coaches and managers development were held in the mornings and also included Anti Doping and AIDS awareness seminars. The games were held at the University of Guam, fieldhouse in the afternoon. Team Palau wishes to take this opportunity and sincerely thank Guam Basketballl Confederation and Fiba Oceania management team and all the supporting staff and volunteers for an excellent hosting of the games.
