Donations flow in for Palau Basketball Team

Donations continue to flow in for the men’s and women’s basketball team that will compete in the coming 8th Micronesian Games in Phonphei.

Included in the list of those who have given their donations were United Airlines Employee’s Group, Ngeseu ra Melidiul, SPACO and Alan and Sofia Seid and Family. They join other who had given donations which includes President Tommy Remengesau Jr., IP&E Palau Inc., Palau Shipping Company, Surangel and Sons Company, Rudimch Enterprise, Palau Sports Fishing Association, Summit Reality, Palasia Hotel, Eptison Cup 3on3 Program, Akitaya Corporation, Eluut and Eltel Isaac, Dilmai Saiske, DI Maech, Conrad Ellechel, Patrick Adelbai, George Kebekol, C-Boy Rimirch, BM Store, Apol Adelbai, Aviar Madlutk, Garnett Sungino, Joram Madlutk, Women’s Carwash Fundraising, PBF, Sen. Joel Toribiong, Orion Maritime Service, Melusch-Dil Skin Care and Wellness, Belau Industrial Development Corp., PNOC Solidarity, Parents, families and fans of the players.

Palau men’s basketball team will be coached by Logan Ngiriou with Rayson King as assistant coach. The team will be composed of Sunshine Soalablai, Raddison Dorado, Douglas Schmidt Jr., Gino Smau, Armando Canseco, Marvic Ngchar, Arnold Undecimo, Reid Una Rikrik, Traxx Mark Remeliik, Edward Baysa and Willer Franz.

On the other hand, the Palau women’s basketball team will have Israel Brel and Weston Ketebengang calling the shots from the bench. The team will have Mahealani Adelbai, Meangeldil Azuma Malsol, Rosella Fernando, Trang Sarabeth Ksano, Oreng Ngemaes, Trinity Misech, Marley Rabauliman, Desiree Seid, Vaidil Uherbelau, Chantal Vanderberg and Sweety Kalbesang.
