It will be an action pack Sunday as defending champion FR Spoilers will meet last year’s bride’s groom Western Union in the resumption of the 2013 season of the Filipino Basketball League at the Palau National gym.

This is one of the much anticipated meetings of both squads as Western Union tries to settle matters with the Spoilers in their 3:30 p.m. encounter. FR Spoilers, who are sporting a 3-1 win-loss record will again rely on Michael Bombita, Coco Gonzales, Aries Echanova, Mark Pagayanan, Ting Mendoza and Francis Tan.

On the other hand, Western Union (2-1) aims to bounce back from their setback last weekend as they will be led by Bong Alambra, Dennis Castro, Erwin Senadre, Janno Toquero, Medel Cuyugan, Michael Garcia and Genner Aguinaldo.

In other matches, PNQ Rams will face Hanpa Cardinals in the curtain raiser at 11 a.m. followed by the PRA Choppers-RP Rangers tussle at 12:30 p.m. while the Jaguars will face Liquid Skyy at 2 p.m.

Games are supervised by the Palau Basketball Federation (PBF). This year’s FBL League is supported by ATT Bar and Restaurant, HE Automotive, Palasia Hotel, Palau Royal Resort, FR Construction, Engrs.
