The MBC Registration System will ensure that all players and coaches are registered with their country.  This will ensure each member country or state will not lose players to another country or state without giving their permission for all basketball tournaments within Micronesia.  This is important especially with under age players where a country develops the player to a high level and the player is then poached by another country.  

On the first occasion that a player plays in a team in a Micronesian Basketball Tournament or Micronesian Games, the player will be registered from the team entry form.  All players under 18 years of age must provide proof of age on the first time they enter a tournament and this will be recorded so that the player will not have to produce such proof again and it will also ensure that players are eligible for the age group they are playing in.   

Once a player is registred they shall retain this number through their playing life and the system shall also be able to record when players particpate over their playing career from now on.
