In the first game it was Echang South Coast taking on Ngermid for top spot in Pool A.   A loss by either team could see them slip to 3^rd in the pool and so the pressure was on Coaches Jesse Sumor (South Coast) and Wilson Ngirausui (Ngermid) to get their  teams up. The first 2 quarters were even with low scoring and strong rebound work by both teams. South Coast had a 3 point lead at the long break and increased this in the 3^rd period to lead by 7 at the final interval. Coach Wilson urged his players on again and again and slowly they managed to peg back the South Coast boys to be within 2 with 4 minutes to go. A big 3 pointer by South Coast’s Peace Sumor saw his team ahead by 3 and looking good but a equally big 3 pointer by Rull Kloulubak (Ngermid) tied it again. Then Pearce hit a 2 point basket and it looked over but almost at the siren Ngermid’s main scorer, Tyler Otei, rattled in 2 points with 1.6 seconds on the clock and the game went to overtime. In the extra period the play was tight as the defence would not give for either team, and neither team could score. Within the final minute South Coast scored 2 out of 4 free throws but then a huge 3 pointer by Tyler put Ngermid up by 1 point. Two attempted shots by South Coast in the last 12 seconds failed to score and Ngermid won 39- 38. For the winners Tyler Otei scored 13 and Tyrel Isidoro got 9. For South Coast Carson Sumor knocked down 12 points and Scotty Tacheluw made 11.

The match-up between the two unbeaten teams in Pool B, Meyuns and Meda, was eagerly awaited. However it seemed that Meda had other ideas and dominated the first three quarters to lead 45-29 at the end of the 3^rd quarter. While Meyuns managed to tie the scores for the last quarter it was all too much to catch up and Meda finished top in Pool B by winning 63 – 47. For Meda RB Dorado had a game high 25 points and Oscar Page got 11. For Meyuns Kerai Blanc continued his good form to score 20 and Gerrel Solang again showed consistency to score 14.

Peched Reds and Ididers met in the battle for 4^th and 5^th place in Pool A. While the first half was even (23-20) at half time) Peched Reds pulled away in the 3^rd quarter to lead 46-32 going into the last period. While Ididers did their best to pull back the lead and outscored Peched Reds in the last quarter by 22-17, it was Peched Reds that ran out winners 63 – 54 to clinch the 4^th spot in Pool A. For Peched Reds Olkeriil Kyota had a game high 27 points and Medermel Yaoch had 19. For Ididers their top scorer was Ketiit Kyota with 18 and Ngiratis Tellames scored 12.

The last game of the rounds saw Meda Juniors up against Dngerongel/Mekatii Combo in another battle for 4^th and 5^th place, this time in Pool B. The under manned Meda Juniors struggled in the first half as expected but showed great determination to double their score in the second half and in fact outscored the Combo team in the 3^rd quarter. As each game has gone by the Meda Juniors have shown improvement and at the beginning of the week they struggled to score 10 points in a game and now are able to score over 30. A good job! The Combo team have secured 4^th place in Pool B by winning this game 70 – 36. For the Combos Jorvan Takawo scored a game high 34 points and Kib Gabriel contributed 18. For Meda Juniors, Keen Sakuma had 19 and Jaycee Nolan 6.
