BASKETBALL LEVEL1 ADMINISTRATION COURSE
The aim of the course was to help develop the basic strategic plan for each association. The course was conducted in two seperate Saturdays for six hours each day. The participants came from various Sports Federations including some state representatives such as, Koror State Youth Division representatives, RD Maech and Stalon Angel, Palau Track and Field Association representative, Peoria Koshiba, Palau Swimming Associaiton, Thelma Gaymann, Filipino Basketball Association, Camille Reyes, Arsie Sumampong, Renante Jusay, Jun Aclan, Palau Volleyball Federation, Kenny Reklai and Jubilee Kuartei from the Palau Basketball Federation.
The course gave the ability to federations to gain ideas to help with their own development of their sports within the community. The four main administrative operations were planning, organizing, managing, and recording.
