FIBA 33 Rules and Regulations? What is that?

Guam has had 3 on 3 tournaments for the longest time now. Usually held and ran by Guam Basketball Confederation to fund raise for the National Teams. This allows the National Teams to experience officiating and scorekeeping. However, the 3 on 3 tournaments followed the regular "Street ball" rules and regulations.

For the first time on Guam, the FIBA 33 rules and regulations were used for the recent Youth 3 on 3 Mini Tournament. The rules were introduced by Ryan Burns on Guam.

Tony Thompson hopes that FIBA Rules and Regulations will soon be implemented for all the outside leagues to promote international basketball.
